Adventure Tours with Rafting, Kayaking & Caneoing

The roaring Kelani River, which hurtles across the boulders at Kithulgala, is our destination for an exhilarating experience of white-water rafting. The adventure begins gently in a seemingly gentle section of the river surrounded by lush tropical rain forests and rolls gradually over to the hissing waters as the river starts to flow fast and meets a rapid, to send adrenaline pumping in your body. The ride include sections from grade 1 through to grade 4. Rafting trips are usually of one or two hours in duration.
The 14 day itinerary below is an ‘extreme tour’ for dedicated rafting enthusiasts who would wish to spend a significant portion of their vacation on a rafting holiday. Shorter tours can be arranged on request. For the majority of visitors who would simply want to try their hand at white-water rafting, a half day or full day session can be arranged as a component of another travel itinerary.
